After your breakfast, your guide will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park for the game drive with picnic lunch boxes. The main highlight here is elephant, which mass in an enormous numbers in the Tarangire River and one of the most remaining ancient trees in the world, the gigantic Baobab Trees. From December to May the park is very beautiful and offers a more private experience with very low visitor numbers. On your game drive you might notice the swamps, tinged green year round. This is home to tree climbing lions though it is hard to see them due to the thick forest and riverine vegetation. The park offers a huge number of baboons and monkeys, and due to its varied landscape the park has an impressive range of other game including Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Hippo, Buffalo, Zebra, Elephant, Giraffe and many more. The park also offers a great moment of bird – watching than any park in northern Tanzania. After your picnic lunch break you will start heading to Lake Eyasi.
